Somebody made an unauthorized purchase in my name. What should I do?
Because we only process orders, not payments, we ask that you contact the processor (e.g. PayPal) that collected your money. In most cases, a payment confirmation is sent (from the processor) to the buyer's email inbox. If you didn't receive an email, you may refer to the phone number on your bank or financial statement. Unless you have some pretty strong evidence, such as a photograph that shows you viewing another page when the purchase happened, we alone can't accept such a claim. All we can do is block the criminal's attempt to hijack your ads by cross-referencing IP addresses. The process in which a refund is granted varies according to the payment processor in question.
